By accessing and using iTunes2Spotify ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

iTunes2Spotify provides a service that allows users to convert their iTunes playlists to Spotify playlists. Your iTunes XML file is temporarily stored during processing (maximum 30 minutes) and then deleted. We do not distribute any music files during this process.

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by iTunes2Spotify and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass any service limitations or restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to access areas of the service you are not authorized to access

Paid plans are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your profile page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of track matching — match rates vary depending on the availability of your music on Spotify.

Our service integrates with Apple iTunes and Spotify. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the service.

iTunes2Spotify is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Apple Inc., iTunes, Spotify AB, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
